Sam long chemicals industries specialises in the manufacturing of co-extruded biaxially oriented polypropylene (bopp) film by the tenter process. Incorporated in december 1990, sam long is strategically located at rawang integrated industrial park, just 25km North of kuala lumpur. The plant is easily accessible from the north-south expressway. Integrated with the state-of-the-art computerised thickness and profile gauging system, sam long produces BOPP films under the trade name of uniphane for a wide range of applications for both domestic and international market Curently we produce both plain BOPP film and heat-sealable BOPP film. Our plain BOPP film for printing and lamination ranging from 20micron-50micron which widely use among malaysia''s flexible converter and side-seal bag makers. In addition, we also produce heat-sealable film with good machineability and printability for general overwrapping and high-speed autopacking. Our heat-sealable film is available from 20micron-35micron with good slip and both side heat-sealability.
